Internships
In order to ensure optimal organization of the internships and a quality experience for all participants, the following conditions apply to all registrations.
1. Cancellation by the participant
More than 30 days before the start of the internship:
- Full refund of the internship
- Deduction of€15 administrative fees
Less than 30 days before the start of the internship:
- No refund will be issued
The registration can betransferred to another child, subject to:
- informing Gravity Academy in advance
- of the payment of€15 administrative fees
2. Illness and impediment
Minor illnesses (not covered):
No refund or compensation will be granted in case of:
- cold, cough, mild fever
- mild gastroenteritis
- fatigue, temporary discomfort
- any condition not requiring hospitalization or heavy medical follow-up
Serious situations (covered):
Compensation may only be granted in case of:
- hospitalization of the child
- serious illness completely preventing participation in the internship
- death of a close relative
- any event recognized as a force majeure
In these cases:
- aofficial proof(medical certificate or equivalent document) is mandatory
- Gravity Academy reserves the right to validate the request
- acredit equivalent to the amount of the coursewill be offered, validfor 6 months
3. Absence or interruption
- Any absence, late arrival, or early departure does not entitle toany refund or compensation, except in serious cases as defined above.
4. Practical arrangements
- Any request must be sentby email
- The date of receipt of the request is authoritative
- Credits are nominative and non-refundable
Extracurricular courses
Extracurricular courses are organized in cycles:
- Cycle 1:from September to December
- Cycle 2:from January to June
Each cycle isindependentand requires anew registration.
Payment
- Registration is confirmed only afterfull payment of the cycle
- Payment must be madebefore the start of the cycle
- No installment payment is provided
Start of the cycle
- The cycle begins on the date of thefirst scheduled class
- This date is authoritative for the application of cancellation conditions
Cancellation before the start of the cycle
More than 30 days before the date of the first class:
- Full refund
- Deduction of€15 administrative fees
Less than 30 days before the date of the first class:
- No refund
The registration can betransferred to another child, subject to:
- informing Gravity Academy in advance
- of the payment of€15 administrative fees
Commitment
- Any registration commits the participant forthe entire cycle
- No refund will be granted after the start of the cycle, including in the case of voluntary withdrawal (e.g.: the child no longer wishes to participate)
Absences and recovery
- Missed sessions areneither refunded nor rescheduled individually
- However, Gravity Academy providesa recovery session at the end of the cycle
Conditions:
- This session allows for compensation foran absenceduring the cycle
- It is offered on a date set by Gravity Academy
- No refund or compensation will be granted if this session cannot be used
Serious situations
In the case of a serious situation (hospitalization, serious illness, force majeure):
- Anofficial documentis required
- Acredit pro rata for the remaining sessionsmay be granted
- This credit is valid6 months
