To ensure the safety of everyone and a pleasant experience, please follow the rules below.
ACCESS, AGE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Access allowedfrom 4 years old.
- Children6 years and under :
- supervision andconstant monitoringby a responsible adult in the room.
- Children7 to 15 years old :
- access without direct supervisionin the room,
- a responsible adult must be present on the Gravity Fun site (including Gravity Bar)andreachable at all timesat the number provided during the reservation.
- Access reserved for individualsin good physical conditionand fit to engage in a sports activity.
- Valid entry ticket requiredfor anyone entering the room (except adults accompanying exclusively a child of 6 years or under, according to the center's conditions).
- By entering the room, youaccept these regulations.
SAFETY BRIEFING (MANDATORY)
- Mandatory safety briefingbefore any entry into the climbing room.
- Access denied in case ofnon-participation in the briefing.
- The presence of a Gravity Fun instructordoes not absolve visitors :
- strict adherence to instructions,
- adherence to signage,
- adherence to regulations.
EQUIPMENT & ATTIRE
- Clean sports shoes with white soles are mandatory.
- If not:rental of climbing shoes is mandatoryat the reception.
- Harness is mandatoryfor activities that require it.
- Harnessproperly adjusted and checkedbefore use (by an instructor and/or a responsible adult).
BEHAVIOR IN THE ROOM
- No runningin the room.
- Please avoid shouting(calm and secure environment).
- Rough games, shoving, and dangerous behavior are prohibited.
- No eating or drinking in climbing areas.
- Bags, jackets, and personal itemsmust be stored in designated areas.
- Respect for other visitors, staff, and facilities.
SAFETY ON THE WALLS & ROUTES
- Check that thepath is clear before climbing.
- No passing or standing under a climber in action.
- Strict adherence to staff instructionsand signage.
- Children remainunder the responsibility of the designated adult., even if he is not in the climbing room (on-site presence required for ages 7–15).
HEALTH & AWARENESS
- Activities reserved for individualsin a compatible physical condition.
- Prohibition of practicing under the influenceof alcohol, drugs, or substances affecting awareness.
- In case of doubt about one's ability,refrain from participating.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS & FACILITIES
- Gravity Fun disclaims any responsibility in case ofloss, theft, or damageto personal belongings.
- Anydamage caused to the equipmentmay be charged.
- Use of the equipmentonly in accordance with the instructions.
DISCIPLINE, REFUSAL OF ACCESS & EXCLUSION
- Any behavior deemeddangerous or inappropriatemay result in:
- refusal of access,
- interruption of the activity,
- temporary or permanent exclusion, without refund.
- Staff is authorized toenforce these rules at any time.
